Former president and member of the Council for the Protection and Stability of Afghanistan, Sibghatullah Mujadidi, on Sunday warned government could collapse unless President Ashraf Ghani brings reforms to his policies.
This comes just 10 days after a string of deadly attacks in the nation’s capital Kabul.
The U.S’s National Public Radio (NPR) has stated in an article that two of its employees, David Gilkey and his Afghan videographer colleague Zabihullah Tamanna, were killed by Taliban in southern Helmand province last year, in a planned attack.
The NPR states that the Taliban had been tipped off.
