FARAKHABAR: Former Military Corps Commander Sentenced To Prison
The former commander of 215 Maiwand military corps was sentenced to over five years in prison and fined 400,000 AFs after being found guilty of misusing his authority by the Anti-Corruption Criminal Justice Center's primary court.
The commanders of the first and second regiments of the military corps were also sentenced to three years in prison, but the financial auditors and intelligence officers of the military corps were found not guilty.
