BAZAR: China’s Assistance To Afghanistan Discussed
In this episode of Bazar, host Zarmina Mohammadi discusses China’s assistance to Afghanistan and its trade relations with the country.
This comes after the last shipment of rice assisted by China to Afghanistan National Disaster Management Authority (ANDMA) arrived in Kabul this week.
Officials at the authority said China has contributed 4,242 tons of rice to natural disasters-affected people in the country.
This year's drought threatens 13 million people in 20 provinces of Afghanistan and that at least one million people need emergency aid, the authority said.
Mohammadi discusses this topic with Ezatullah Siddiqi, an ANDMA adviser.
