The Islamic Emirate's deputy prime minister for administrative affairs said that 26th of Dalwa (February 15) is grand victory day for the people of Afghanistan. Speaking at the 35th anniversary of the withdrawal of former Soviet Union red army from Afghanistan, Abdul Salam Hanafi said that Afghan people have proven that they will not allow any country to occupy Afghanistan.
