Continuation of Israel's Airstrikes on Gaza During Eid al-Fitr

The Gaza Health Ministry has announced that in the past twenty-four hours, at least 63 Palestinians have been killed and 45 others injured in Israeli attacks on Gaza.

"Children make us sad. They (the children) keep saying "We want Eid. We want Eid. Where is my father? I have not seen my father. I miss him. Where is my father?" I told him your father is a martyr. He is in heaven. They are crying and I am crying. They burned our hearts and killed us. Enough, God. Enough with wars. Enough. I swear we died. My house was destroyed, also homes of my three sons and their cars. We are in tents. Enough, Oh God. Enough with wars," said Om Nidal Abu Omeira, a Gaza resident.

"He was preparing for Eid. He and his young children. After sunset, he entered the house at nine o’clock and without warning, they hit him with missiles. He was martyred, along with his sons and daughters," said Abu Mahmoud Abu Btehan, another Gaza resident.

While residents of Gaza are struggling with hunger and severe food shortages, humanitarian aid vehicles have recently entered Gaza through the Rafah crossing.

Meanwhile, France, in coordination with Jordan, has also dropped food and aid packages to the residents of Gaza from the air.

At the same time, Ismail Haniyeh, the head of Hamas's political bureau, after the death of seven members of his family in an Israeli airstrike, said that they are still seeking a ceasefire agreement with Israel, but Israel is still delaying in this regard.

Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas's political bureau, said: “We are seeking that (deal), but until this moment the zionist enemy is still procrastinating and evading a response to the demands and offering what is requested to reach an agreement.”

Since the beginning of the battles between Hamas and Israel, 33,545 Palestinians have been killed and 76,094 others injured.
