A six-member family has been living among drug addicts under the Pul-e-Sukhta bridge in Kabul for more than six months.
 
The father and mother along with their four children, three teenagers and a two-year old, are recent return refugees from Iran. 

According to the parents they had at one time been drug addicts in Iran but were clean when they returned to Afghanistan. 

However due to poverty they started using drugs again. 

They have two daughters and two sons. 
 
Shima is 14 years old and Shaima is 13. Jawad is two years old and his brother is 16. 

The 16-year-old collects and sells plastic to help support his family. However the money is also used to buy drugs.
