Afghan government forces, the Taliban and other parties in the country’s conflict have repeatedly targeted medical facilities and staff and negatively impacting children’s health, Watchlist on Children and Armed Conflict said on Monday.

For the first time, Watchlist has called on the UN Secretary General to list the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) as one of the parties responsible for these attacks.
