President Ashraf Ghani has visited the United Arab Emirates several times. But this time he is accompanied by a group close to him.

Although the reason of his trip is not known, a statement released by the presidential palace says he will meet with UAE officials and also with the families of UAE diplomats killed in Kandahar last month.
