TAWDE KHABARE: Death of Afghans In Syrian War Discussed
Following the news that 2,000 Afghans have been killed in the Syrian war while fighting Daesh, the presidential palace said Afghans should not be killed in any other countries at war.
President’s deputy spokesman Shah Hussain Murtazavi said the Afghan government is against its citizens’ involvement in proxy wars in other countries.
The Presidential palace’s remarks were expressed after Zuhair Mujahid, a senior member of the Fatemiyoun division said in an interview with IRIB TV5 that in the last two years 2,000 Afghan fighters died and nearly 8,000 others were wounded in the war against Daesh in Syria.
