India has criticized China for disagreeing with the UN to blacklist the leader of Pakistani insurgent group (Jaish-e-Mohammed) Masood Azhar. 

India has said China’s disagreement in this regard would not affect New Delhi’s anti-terror efforts. China however has said they want to have a friendly and sustainable relationship with India.
