Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff, Qamar Javed Bajwa, met with the US Secretary of Defense Lloyd James Austin and National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, Pakistani media reported, saying that both sides discussed the situation in Afghanistan along with several other matters.
