In this interview host Jamalnaser Farahmand discusses the reforms program, the four-year strategy and challenges in the Ministry of Defense with Tamim Asey, the deputy minister of defense for policy and strategy.

Asey says that reforms in security sector is in top priority of President Ashraf Ghani. 

He says that big improvements have been made to depoliticize security agencies.

According to him, a high board of appointment has been established to professionalize the Afghan National Defense and Security Force members.
