The Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov in response to a question about the creation of an inclusive government in Afghanistan, said: “We, as the rest of the members of the UN, do not officially recognize Taliban as they have taken upon themselves on obligation on several matters, such as respect for human rights, first and foremost those women and girls, and also creating an inclusive government.”
