Teachers of Ghulam Maimanagi Art Institute on Seventh of October, Art Day, said since new technology was introduced in Afghanistan, Afghan youths show less interest in the arts. 

Maimanagi Art Institute has been active in Afghanistan for over 40 years and has taught art to thousands of Afghan youths. In addition to this center, there is an art faculty at Kabul University.
